Locksmith in Austin rescues trapped pets from RV's.
This Summer Pro's on Call of Austin has gone on a large amount of pet rescue calls. Most of the time it is a motor home owner or elderly person who has lost their car keys or RV keys.
If there is no air conditioning pets can die in a matter of minutes. The exact figures are not in yet for Austin Texas, but reports indicate that over 100 pets have died because of heat stroke from being locked in vehicles.
Local media got a chance to interview popular locksmith Pros on call. When asked what they are doing to help prevent pets from dying in vehicles they had this to say; “We are disheartened because we did lose a few pets this year. We always try so hard but sometimes we just cannot always save every pet”.
The company has an awareness campaign to help prevent these types of horrific events from happening. Every Summer Pro's on call advocates their “Stop pet deaths from hot car awareness month”. Every August the company has been doing this.
“We really try our best to help Austin residents. The best thing that we can do is make people aware of this rising issue. Therefore we have made this awareness program a hit. Now it is on all of our stationary and is also gaining quite the social media following.” The owner of Pros on call concluded in his interview with media this past week.
The owner of Pro's on call urges residents to get spare keys made ahead of time. This way you will not end up in this type of situation. Also, they say that you should get to know an emergency locksmith for when you might find a pet locked in a car. So don't break the window, call a local Austin locksmith.
