Quran Is Your Guidance For Those Who Fear Allah And Believe
The second chapter of Quran talks about these features as Allah says:"This is the Book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah. Who believe in the Unseen, are steadfast in prayer, and spend from what we have provided for themand who believe in the Revelation sent to thee, and sent before thy time and (in their hearts) has the assurance of the Hereafter".
The companions (Sahaba Radhiy allaho anho) of Rasulullah (Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) used to say first we try this out heard Imaan (belief) out of Rasulullah (Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) after which we heard Quran. One can not really comprehend the core of Quran without Imaan however it's such amazing Book it opens up gates of advice for each human being regardless of he/she is a Muslim or not.
Quran claims that the men and women who possess the above mentioned characteristics wouldn't just get advice but also they're the ones who will prosper. The fifth verse of Surah Al-Baqarah / The Cow says:"They are on (true) guidance, from their Lord, and it is these who will prosper."
On the other hand there are a few unfortunate men and women who would not get guidance in any way. Allah says to Rasulullah (Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) that whether you warn them or not they won't become Muslims as Quran states:"As to those who reject Faith, it is the exact same to them whether thou warn them or do not warn them; they will not believe."
The question is that why Allah says whether you warn them or they will not believe in Me? The reason is advised in Quran too, the reason is جلب الحبيب بالقران" provided in the very next verse"Allah hath set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing, and in their eyes is a veil; great is the penalty they (incur)" they're the individuals who are"Deaf, dumb, and blind, and they won't return (to the path)" mainly because whenever they're told concerning the Truth, they not only reject but also make fun from it.
